You should not be eating a heavy meal and then immediately go to bed so if it is possible, eat early and give yourself at least three hours before going to bed. Also, drink a glass of water to help quicken the process, which will ultimately help you to eliminate snoring.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tip two to stop snoring is to maintain a balanced diet. By this I mean that you need to eat well, but remember I said eat well, not too much and not too little (many people don't realize that eating enough food is part of having a balanced diet!). You need to eat foods from all the food groups; you’ve probably heard that over and over again from your biology teacher, so I will not go into it in this article. What I will mention however, is that to be successful in your aim of preventing snoring, you will need to keep your weight in accordance to your height; age and body type.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tip three to stop snoring is you need to do physical exercise on a daily basis. This helps to burn excess fat, which is vital to you being able to eliminate snoring. You should also be doing daily exercise after you have stop snoring, as too much fat is harmful to your health!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tip four to stop snoring, if your are allergic to certain things (like carpets, flower pollen etc.), you need to get them out of your bedroom. This will preventing nasal mustiness, so that you can stop snoring.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tip five to stop snoring, is to close all windows when you go to bed. This will not allow cold air to enter the room which is great, as cold air is harmful to your ability to preventing snoring.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tip six to stop snoring. Sleep on you side rather than your back. This will allow easier air flow, which helps in preventing snoring. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tip seven to stop snoring, is to have a regular sleeping pattern. This means that you must avoid over-tiredness, and sleep at around the same time every night.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Snoring can be a real problem in many people’s lives, but if you follow my tips to stop snoring, then you should be able to lead a normal life and have a normal night of silent sleep.
